Welcome / Bienvenue

Shannon Clay is a community activist from the Mountain West of the USA, and historian and co-author of We Go Where They Go: the Story of Anti-Racist Action. Anti-Racist Action was a massive, militant youth anti-racist and anti-fascist movement, primarily active in Anglophone Turtle Island from the 80s through the early 2000's. Coming up after ARA had largely declined, Shannon learned of its little-known history through anarchist networks and saw the need to document and publicize its history for a new generation of activists. He has been involved in student organizing and in prison solidarity and abolition work.
